This is the second book in the Burning Chambers series and continues the epic adventure of Minuo Reydon Joubert and Piet Reydon, with a lens on the Catholic and Huguenot conflicts in the sixteenth century. Sadly the book shows that we have learned nothing as there are clear parallels with modern day religious an

Review ´ PDF, DOC, TXT or eBook Ï Kate Mosse (The City of Tears (The Burning Chambers Book 2)) [PDF/EBOOK] í Kate Mosse I have always enjoyed the setting of these novels, highlighting the dreadful consequences of religious intolerance. But her characters have become lightweight with unlikely story lines normally found in fantasy books. I cannot understand why this and it’s predecessor get such rave reviews.

(The City of Tears (The Burning Chambers Book 2)) [PDF/EBOOK] í Kate Mosse I have read most of KM.s books simply because of their exceptional style. You know you are in for a real treat and she never disappoints. The scenes are set so vividly, the characters are so engaging, and the plot lines are so beautifully woven, the pace is constant and the twists hit you right between your eyes. The historical facts are meticulously researched and I now want to visit the places she describes.
